Tonight's game night we tried Apiary. I mean, who wouldn't like bees in space?!? This worker placement game was interesting to play and we would definitely play it again. Other players thought it was reminiscent of Scythe but unique enough to be worth having on its own. Our next game night will be December 17 @6:30 pm

Can't Miss Mystery Games are wrapped and ready to go for Small Business Saturday. This year Valhalla's Gate has three separate displays of gifts, but roughly the same amount of presents as last year. Each mystery gift is labeled with the number of players, the appropriate age, and the length of play. Most of the gifts have a hint as to play style or genre. There will be some other specials to thank customers for shopping locally with our small business.
